About Us
In 2011 Northeast Storage Auctions was established to provide "Live Storage Auction Services" for Extra Space Storage. At that time, the live auction business was booming due to the TV series "Storage Wars". Our team conducted approximately 100 auctions each month with attendance ranging from 15 - 125 buyers at each site. We earned a strong and loyal following and serviced all New Jersey stores for Extra Space. We became known for our honesty and professionalism. Before long word of mouth traveled and we began working with Life Storage, Uhaul and other mom & pop facilities. This allowed us to grow our auctioneer staff.
Fast forward to 2016 when we partnered with Extra Space to provide a new third party service "Auction Compliance". At the start we reviewed auction files for a handful of stores as a pilot test. After a few successfull months, additional stores and divisions were added. Today, our team continues to grow along side our partner as we currently service over 1,700 Extra Space stores in 23 states.
At the start of 2023, we partnered with CubeSmart Self Storage.
Our team is proud to service all of their 1,300 + properties across the country.
